Welcome to my portfolio! I'm a passionate and innovative software manager with a love for building products that make a difference. One of my greatest joys is helping developers grow not just as coders but as leaders and 'Shapers' who inspire and uplift others. I'm a husband, father of one gifted and loving son (which can be a little challenging at times lol), and a I'm bit of a geek. I love to learn and share knowledge, a bit of a minimalist and I love to architect software and website that are useful and help people.

I have servered 2400 hours in Americops and been a volunteer for my local community. I believe in giving the opportunity we all can make a difference in the world and achieve success. I'm a big believer in the power of mentorship and collaboration and I'm always looking for ways to help others grow. For me, leadership is a calling being in a leadership role is not about being the best, but about being the best servant.
